New versions

Treweren Consultants shall normally produce and make available at least one new version of the Software each year. New versions will usually contain major enhancements as well as bug fixes and updates to the user-guide and theory manuals. Intermediate versions may also be available with smaller enhancements and bug fixes. Customers are responsible for downloading new versions from the web-site. Details of the changes are itemised in the release notes.

E-mail and Telephone Support

Treweren Consultants shall respond to Customers with a Commercial Licence who submit by e-mail or telephone queries concerning the use of the most recent version of the Software. We regret that we are not normally able to offer support to Academic Licensees except as part of a wider collaboration.
